Getting started

Planning an MFN integration

Overview

This section attempts to describe the different parts of an MFN integration, what press releases are and regulatory requirements.

IR/PR

Press releases in the MFN platform can be divided into two main categories

Investor Relations (IR)

  • Targeted at investor / financial community

  • Integrated on Corporate / IR Website

  • Distributed to investor channels and platforms

  • Can be Regulatory

    • Stock market affecting information

    • Also distributed to Nasdaq, OAMs (like Finansinspektionen)

  • Sent to email Subscribers and mailing lists

Public Relations (PR)

  • Targeted at company Website (typically News or PR section)

  • Sent to email Subscribers and mailing lists

Parts of an MFN integration

Separate IR / PR feeds

Depending on the needs the customer has expressed, you'd sometimes want:

  1. All IR/PR messages in the same feed / view: e.g. ENEA

  2. Separation of the PR / IR messages into different feeds / views (such as tabs on the website): e.g. FM Mattsson IR and FM Matsson PR

  3. Separation of the PR / IR messages, sometimes even on to a different website, as Corporate / IR Website in the picture above: e.g. Qlosr Group (IR) and Qlosr (PR)

To achieve this you'd want to filter the releases by IR / PR. You can find the relevant documentation for each integration method here:
