Overview

This section attempts to describe the different parts of an MFN integration, what press releases are and regulatory requirements.

IR/PR

Press releases in the MFN platform can be divided into two main categories

Investor Relations (IR)

  • Targeted at investor / financial community

  • Integrated on Corporate / IR Website

  • Distributed to investor channels and platforms

  • Can be Regulatory

    • Stock market affecting information

    • Also distributed to Nasdaq, OAMs (like Finansinspektionen)

  • Sent to email Subscribers and mailing lists

Public Relations (PR)

  • Targeted at company Website (typically News or PR section)

  • Sent to email Subscribers and mailing lists
